The alumni group, affectionately known as SWAG (Soho Writers’ Alumni Group), is a peer-led monthly group where writers can continue to share work, feedback and set themselves goals and targets. Similar to the buddy/peer community within Writers’ lab, the alumni group is designed to be an informal space where writers can connect, collaborate and support each other towards writing goals.
Supported by volunteer coordinators from within the group, the writers’ alumni meet every fourth Tuesday of the month in person at Dean St and zoom (hybrid) from 6:30-8:30pm. We strongly encourage people participate in as many sessions as possible, to get the most out of the experience.
The programme is peer-led and is free to participate.
