We get the best from people and they get the best from us.

Come join ‘the most fun theatre in central London’ (Time Out).

We represent and celebrate our diverse society; and we passionately believe in equal opportunity.

While we’re unable to offer student placements, you’ll find we advertise all of our job opportunities here: from Artistic to Front of House and the Bar.

To see what we’re up to, head to What’s On. And if you want to find out more about our ambitious growth plans then check out Our vision.

Soho Theatre is an equal opportunities employer, and we’re working hard to make sure that the people we work with are representative of our diverse community. We are particularly keen to recruit more talented staff who identify as BAME and/or disabled to work with us, as people from those groups are currently underrepresented in our staff team. We are committed to meeting access requirements; just let us know what you need.
