We get the best from people and they get the best from us.

Come join ‘the most fun theatre in central London’ (Time Out).

You’ll find we advertise all of our job opportunities here, from Artistic to Front of House and the Bar.

We are an inclusive organisation and an equal opportunities employer. Our aim is to create a diverse and inclusive working environment which reflects the city we live and work in, both on and off the stage. Our recruitment process is open to all, but we are particularly keen to hear from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and / or disabled candidates, as these groups are currently underrepresented in our teams. All disabled candidates who demonstrate that they meet the person specification will be invited for an interview, and we are committed to meeting access requirements; just let us know what you need.

To see what we’re up to, head to What’s On. And if you want to find out more about our ambitious growth plans then check out Our Vision.

Venue Manager / Duty Manager

Soho Theatre is looking for Venue / Duty Managers for our Theatre and Downstairs venues, who thrive on delivering Front-of-House excellence in a fast-paced environment.  The roles are offered as either part-time or zero hours contracts, as most suitable for the successful candidates. These roles may also be suitable for applicants who have prior work commitments at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

For instructions on how to apply, please refer to the Guidance Notes.

The deadline for this job is: 12noon on Monday 23rd July 2018

Front of House Usher

We’re looking for folk from all backgrounds to join our Front of House team here in our Dean Street home. Our Ushers help ensure events and shows run smoothly, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and artists across our three venues so that all visitors can enjoy their time here with us.

Have a look through the job description, and in particular the Person Specification section. While experience in a theatre or multi performance festival environment is desirable, it is not essential. You may have exactly the right transferable skills. And if you think you do, please email  jobs@sohotheatre.com with the reference FOH2018 in the subject line.  Include your CV, a completed equal opportunities form and a brief covering letter explaining your suitability for the role, why you would love to work with us, and a general guide to your availability across an average week.
