We are recruiting a CSM on the Book for an exciting new production rehearsing August/September and playing September/October. We are seeking a stage manager with excellent DSM and CSM skills to join the project, starting on 23 August 2021.

As we continue to re-open our live programme at our home in Dean Street, the Audience and Communications team are looking for a Communications Officer to focus on the marketing campaigns for our comedy and cabaret programme. Experience is desirable (transferrable skills can work too). Most important is passion and commitment to Soho Theatre’s work and our sales and audience development.

The Finance Manager leads on all aspects of the day-to-day financial management for Soho Theatre Company Ltd and its subsidiaries (currently Soho Theatre Bar Ltd – STB, Soho Theatre Productions Ltd – STP and Soho Theatre East UK Ltd – STE). They work as part of the Finance & Admin team, which includes the Finance Officer, Finance Assistant and Admin Assistant, and is managed by the Head of Finance & Admin. The team is supported by the Financial Controller, and reports to the Executive Director.
This is an exciting time to join a forward-thinking organisation at a time of growth and expansion, as we move to become a multi-site operation with a strong digital presence.

The Trainee Comedy Promoter role is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves comedy, loves entertainment and really wants to learn more about what goes into putting comedians on stage and giving audiences great experiences. This is a pioneering, six-month, work-based learning programme, open to 18 – 24 year olds on the Kickstart scheme. You must be referred for the role by a job coach for your application to be considered.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make connections in a fearless way, to work with communities, young people and national networks to support creativity as we work towards opening our second venue in Waltham Forest. An interest in theatre, performance and / or comedy is essential – we are looking for someone who is passionate about live work and would like to be part of creating a local hub with big ideas, a local theatre with a national profile. You do not need to have worked in this role, or one like it, before.
