Dr Tamsin Ellis is a GP working in North London. She is an Associate at the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare, who helped design and facilitates the sustainable primary care course and founded the Greener Practise London Group in 2020.
Ben West is one of the most prolific and engaged mental health campaigners in the UK, committed to making real change around mental health in our society. His book, “This Book Could Save Your Life – Breaking the Silence Around the Mental Health Emergency” was published earlier this year, and tackles young people’s mental health, grief, and how to support those around you.
Dr Ally Jaffee is with us today; an award-winning NHS Junior Doctor who founded Nutritank – an information hub that links mental health and nutrition. Ally is campaigner for mental wellbeing, particularly for NHS staff.
