From Fri 15 May We Will Be Serving Food By James Cochran
Chef James Cochran, whose heritage spans St. Vincent and Glasgow, grew up in Whitstable and brings that influence to his bold, innovative cooking. After training at Wheeler’s Oyster Bar and The Ledbury under Brett Graham, he led the kitchen at The Harwood Arms and opened 12:51 in 2018- the year he won Great British Menu (again in 2020). Following the success of Around the Cluck, he now brings his cooking to Soho Theatre Pub.
