Please join me, Chris Parker, for an hour of high-intensity, feverishly paced and dizzyingly expressive comedy. Sure, I’ve cried in every speech I’ve ever had to deliver publicly, and yes, there may have been a situation this year where I slept on my neck weirdly and bought myself an unnecessary neck brace. Still, I’m desperate to prove that I’m really chill and down to earth. So, what better way to get you to understand that than with a one-man variety hour spectacle chill stand-up comedy hour at the Edinburgh Fringe/at London’s Soho Theatre?
New Zealand superstar Chris Parker returns to the UK after six years away and almost too many achievements to list here: he’s competed on Taskmaster New Zealand, Thank God You’re Here, and Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont-Spelling Bee; toured sold-out theatres across New Zealand and Australia; hosted the New Zealand Comedy Festival Galas; and created and written his own critically acclaimed sitcom Double Parked.
