Fresh from a sold-out, award-winning Edinburgh Fringe debut, Ayo brings his breakout show to Soho.
Winner: Best Newcomer
ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2025
Winner: Best Emerging Talent
Bestie Awards 2025

With laid-back charm and razor-sharp storytelling, Ayo takes us from primary school nativity plays to lads’ holidays, from respectability politics to Red Bull sponsorship. Exploring race, sexuality, and belonging with warmth and wit, he crafts a show that’s as heartfelt as it is hilarious.

Ayo has quickly become one of the most exciting new voices in UK comedy. His debut sold out its entire Edinburgh Fringe run, with extra shows added, and earned nominations at the Comedians’ Comedian Awards for Best Newcomer.

A stand-out new talent who has already supported Sarah Keyworth, Olga Koch and Amy Matthews, Ayo Adenekan is one to watch, and not to miss.
