Soho Theatre is a Covid-secure venue, and we are following government guidance to provide the safest live performance experience for you. Have a nosey at the below information to know what we’re doing to keep you, our artists and our staff safe.
We will send you an E-ticket before the show. These do not need to be printed but can be scanned on any (electronically) smart device. So make sure you have enough juice on your phone/tablet/fax machine when you come. Your E-ticket will be sent to your email address (check your junk if you can’t see it) but can also be downloaded when you log on to your Soho Theatre account and click the E-ticket banner.
You can only book tickets for your household or support bubble, of no more than 6 people. Seats are grouped together and can only be purchased as a set. By purchasing a ticket you are confirming that your group is from the same household or support bubble.
If you would like to purchase tickets for a household or support bubble but cannot find the correct allocation email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see if there’s anything we can move around to accomodate you.
All of our seating plots are socially distanced, with at least 1 metre between you and the next group of theatre lovers, adheres to current government guidelines around social distancing, and will be amended in light of new guidance from the government.
Track and Trace
Give us your number? We will ask for your contact details when booking your ticket. Please provide us with your most current details so that we are able to provide them to the NHS Track and Trace team should we be asked.
We are staggering your arrival times to stop you all bunching up at the entrance. You will receive an email before your show that will have details of your 15-minute arrival window – please make sure you come during that window or you may have to wait for the next arrival block to thin before we can let you in (and it’s really cold – has anyone noticed?).
Exchanges and Credit
If you cannot attend the performance because you have to isolate, just let us know and we’ll be happy to turn your ticket into customer credit to be used for one of our future shows.
You can purchase our tickets with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if we have to cancel a show due to Covid-restrictions we will happily refund you, credit your account, or exchange your ticket for a rescheduled date. We’ve got your back.
Face Coverings Required
Please ensure that you wear a face covering during your visit to the theatre.
We have sanitising stations, with alcogel positioned all around the building. See it, squirt it, rub it.
We have designed and signposted one-way routes around the building. Please follow them, and expect to take in the scenic route.
We’ve gone cashless! How very modern. We’ll take all Visa, Mastercard and American Express (but not bitcoin, soz).
All our public spaces will be ventilated with fresh, un-recycled, winter air.
We have an enhanced and rigorous cleaning system in our building to make sure you are as safe as possible during your visit. If you want the gory details, just ask any of our cheery staff.
