We are following government guidance to provide the safest live performance experience for you. Please read the below information to know what we’re doing to keep you, our audience our artists and our staff safe.
We will send you an e-ticket before the show. These do not need to be printed but can be scanned on any (electronically) smart device. So make sure you have enough juice on your phone/tablet/fax machine when you come. Your ticket will be sent to your email address (check your junk if you can’t see it) but can also be downloaded when you log on to your Soho Theatre account and click the E-ticket banner.
Exchanges and Credit
If you cannot attend the performance because you have tested positive for COVID-19, just let us know and we’ll be happy to turn your ticket into customer credit to be used for one of our future shows. Please do let us know before 6pm on the day of your show so we can process that for you.
You can purchase our tickets with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if we have to cancel a show due to Covid-restrictions we will happily refund you, credit your account, or exchange your ticket for a rescheduled date. We’ve got your back.
We would love it if you wore a face covering at Soho Theatre to help protect our artists, staff and each other. Our staff will be wearing them, and disposable masks will be available for anyone that wants one.
Covid Pass entry / lateral flow test
You may be asked for a COVID pass or proof of negative lateral flow test (within 48 hours); our staff will be carrying out spot checks.
You can report your lateral flow test result to receive your NHS negative result confirmation (you do not need to be registered with the NHS to do this).
We have sanitising stations, with alcogel positioned all around the building. See it, squirt it, rub it.
We’ve gone cashless! How very modern. We’ll take all Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
All our public spaces will be ventilated with fresh, un-recycled, Soho air.
We have an enhanced and rigorous cleaning system in our building to make sure you are as safe as possible during your visit. If you want the details, just ask any of our cheery staff.
