A fun-filled 30-minute family yoga session combining movement, imagination, games and simple yoga, followed by a creative craft activity for everyone to enjoy together. Led by East of Eden teacher Hermione Armitage, it’s a joyful opportunity to move, play, connect and create as a family.
10.30am, 11.30am & 12.30pm
£8 adult & child, additional adults and children £4.
The session is designed for children and adults to participate in together and as such all children must be accompanied in the sessions.
