After a sold out night in 2022, The Brownie Club returns to Soho Theatre. Hosted by our Labs alumni & The Brownie Club founder Jessica Lucia Andrade. Expect cheeky humour as she hosts an evening of pure joy and takes us on a journey of her cultural identity.

Jessica Lucia Andrade is a powerhouse creative, actress, dancer, writer, producer, and circus artist. Jessica’s original acrobat show ‘The Brownie Club’ was first developed at London’s Jacksons Lane and was followed by a sold out run at The Roundhouse. @JessyLAndrade @TheBrownieClubShow

Coined by her inner circle of voices in her head as the all knowing rich auntie that pays her queer Niblings in love compliments and money, she thinks she’s Haute couture but she’s more like Haute mess.
Unearthed from the depths of the islands of Philippines and Sri Lanka, she serves Fresh off the boat realness, raised in the fashion districts and food courts Of Italy she learned the importance eating and looking good … while eating … but also creating fusion between cultures.
With acts hotter and spicier than a vindaloo, more colourful and Vibrant than The Chandni Chowk Market and with more sparkle than a wedding sari. Pat Elle takes inspiration from risqué Bollywood and Arabic movements, her style oozes Bollywood glamour with a touch of British cheek. Just like a good Bombay Mix, Pat’s the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.
After an iconic Shabs is a comedy writer and singer/songwriter. She has dabbled in a range of performance fields, extending from her standup debut at Kemah Bob’s FOC It Up to releasing her original music in the height of lockdown which led to interviews on BBC Essex radio. She is currently developing herself as a music streamer on Twitch. She makes a return to The Brownie Club at Soho Theatre this year, to perform her physical comedy piece, Wine For The Newly Dumped.
We’re welcoming back the amazing Angna Pandya who’s epic Dhol Drumming will open the show with a bang. After starting Dhol eleven years ago she’s never looked back. Having performed at some great events from weddings, parties and shows, the adrenaline when performing is still alive! Angna drummed for The Brownie Club both at Soho Theatre and at Roundhouse.
