Thinking about trying writing for the first time? Not sure where to begin? Come along to our friendly informal introduction to playwriting workshops, which will be held over Zoom. We’ll also talk through our 9-month writers Lab programme.

Wed 29 Jul – Playwriting Taster Workshop for All – led by Soho Theatre’s Literary Manager, Gillian Greer, 7pm – 9pm

Thu 30 Jul – Playwriting Taster Workshop for LGBTQ+ people – led by Soho Theatre’s Education Producer, Jules Haworth, 7pm – 9pm

Mon 3 Aug – Playwriting Taster Workshop for Waltham Forest residents – led by Soho Theatre’s Education Producer, Jules Haworth, 7pm – 9pm

Tue 4 Aug – Playwriting Taster Workshop for people from a global majority background* – led by Soho Theatre’s Associate Director, Lakesha Arie-Angelo, 7pm – 9pm

*This workshop is designed for people who identify as Black Caribbean, Black African, South Asian, East Asian, Middle Eastern, Arab and Latinx.

Wed 5 Aug – Playwriting Taster Workshop for people who identify as disabled** – led by Soho Theatre’s Literary Manager, Gillian Greer, 3pm – 5pm
