Ari Eldjárn: Pardon My Icelandic

Mon 12 – Sat 17 Mar 18 60 minutes
Back by popular demand following completely sold out runs here at Soho Theatre and the Edinburgh Fringe, Iceland’s biggest comedian Ari Eldjárn returns with his critically acclaimed debut show in English.

Pardon my Icelandic hilariously explores Scandinavian stereotypes and offers unique insights into fatherhood, working as a flight attendant and living in a country with a population the size of Coventry.

Born and raised in Reykjavík, Ari Eldjárn has made numerous TV specials, sold out the National Theatre for months on end, mixed comedy and classical music with the Icelandic National Symphony and performed with the likes of Ari Shaffir, Bill Burr and Ed Byrne. In the UK he has been heard on The Arts Hour on Tour (BBC World Service) and Scotland Vs.The World (BBC Radio 4).
