Are you over 60 and live or work in Westminster? Do you enjoy discussing plays as much as seeing them? Or do you just wonder “what was that was all about”? Then our new play reading group could be for you!
As well as reading scripts, watching and discussing plays as a group, you will meet writers and hear talks from guest speakers that will give you a fresh insight into the process of writing a play. Led by our in-house team, this is your chance to ask questions, make new friends and discover how plays are conceived.
One part book club, one part event, with a dash of fun, and a slice of culture, our new play reading group is a social cocktail for the over 60s, where you’ll have the chance to comment, suggest plays or even develop and share your own script.
Soho Play Reading group meets on alternate Wednesday mornings at 10.30am in the Seminar Room.
