Am I entitled to a ticket discount?

Tickets for access performances (BSL, captioned or audio described) are £10 for those using the service.

Additionally the following people are eligible for concessions when available: People under 26, Students, Disabled People, Senior Citizens, Unwaged people, Westminster Rescard holders and groups of 10+. 

How do I find out about BSL Interpreted, Captioned and Audio Described performances?

Join our mailing list (by emailing charlie@sohotheatre.com) for regular updates about BSL, Captioned and Audio Described performances.

Information about upcoming access performances is also regularly posted on the access section of this website.

Do you provide touch tours?

Touch tours of the set prior to an Audio Described performance are available on request.

Do you have a Loop system or an Infra red system?

We have an Infra red system with 5 headsets for the Auditorium, while the Studio has a loop system fitted. If you require a headset, please tell us when you book.

Can you accommodate Hearing dogs/Guide dogs?

Hearing dogs/Guide dogs can either be brought into the auditorium or left with Soho Theatre Staff. We can accommodate 2 dogs per performance.

As a wheelchair user where would I be seated?

The Auditorium and the Studio can accommodate 7 wheelchairs. Please let us know when you book.

Is it possible to reserve seats?

If you have specific access requirements, we can reserve seats in any area of the auditorium or studio.
